The Prediction Market Bonus Stack 2026: Opening Accounts on Polymarket, Kalshi and Robinhood

How we make money: we earn a commission if you sign up for Polymarket or subscribe to KalshiSpy through our links. We earn nothing from Kalshi, Robinhood, FanDuel, DraftKings, Novig or OG. Rankings are not for sale. Full disclosure
New to prediction markets? Read how prediction markets work first. Five minutes on pricing and settlement will save you money. Already on one platform? Skip to the worked example. Just want the order? Polymarket US (if your state allows it), then Kalshi, then Robinhood if you already use it.
You can hold accounts on several regulated prediction markets at once, and each may offer new customers a welcome credit. That is not a loophole: these platforms compete for the same traders, and welcome offers are how they pay for your first deposit. Below are the order we suggest, what each sign-up needs, and the catches.
How we make money from this page. We earn a commission if you sign up for Polymarket through our link. Our Kalshi, Robinhood, FanDuel, DraftKings and Novig links go to the official sites, and we earn nothing from them.

We do not publish bonus amounts we have not confirmed for our own links. Offers change often; the sign-up screen shows the live terms. Older verification dates on this page were out of date and have been removed.
Bonus credit is not cash. You can lose your deposit as well as any credit.
The order we suggest
Any order works. This one keeps the effort low and gets the most-used accounts open first.
Step 1: Polymarket US
Polymarket's US app runs on QCX, the CFTC-licensed exchange Polymarket bought in July 2025, under an amended CFTC order announced November 25, 2025 (Covers). It takes dollar deposits, so you do not need crypto. Welcome offers depend on the referral or partner code attached at sign-up, which is why we suggest starting here: if you deposit first and look for a code later, you may lose the offer. It is not available in Arizona, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada or Ohio. If that is you, skip to step 2.
Step 2: Kalshi
Kalshi is the largest US prediction market by volume and funds in dollars. It runs its own referral and promotion program. In October 2026, promotions advertised through third-party codes ranged from $25 to $60 in credit after a $25 trade, or a randomized bonus, and usually excluded Nevada and Washington (Covers, Oct 9, 2026). Our Kalshi link carries no code, so you will see whatever Kalshi offers directly. Kalshi also pays a variable 3.50% APY on balances of $250 or more.
Step 3: Robinhood (if you already use it)
If you trade on Robinhood, turning on prediction markets is the quickest extra account, because your identity check and cash balance carry over. Robinhood runs promotions from time to time; check the app for the current one before depositing.
Optional: FanDuel Predicts, DraftKings Predictions and Novig
If you live in one of the 18 states where FanDuel and DraftKings list sports contracts (AK, AL, CA, DE, FL, GA, HI, ID, MN, ND, NE, NM, OK, RI, SC, SD, TX, UT), their apps are worth a look. Both have run large offers paid as non-withdrawable credit: FanDuel's late-September offer was $100 in bonus credit for trading $1 on five straight days after a $10 deposit (RotoWire, Sep 30, 2026); DraftKings' offer, running to November 29, 2026, pays up to $200 in Predictions Dollars over 21 days after a $5 trade (SI, Oct 16, 2026). Novig, a CFTC-designated exchange since June 2026, is 21+ (Action Network). These terms come from third-party pages using their own codes; our links go to the official sites.
Do you still need a crypto on-ramp?
Usually not. Polymarket US takes cards, bank transfers, wires and Apple Pay. USDC on Polygon is only needed for Polymarket's international exchange, which is closed to US users. If you already hold USDC for other reasons, read how to fund Polymarket before moving it, because sending tokens on the wrong network can lose them.
A worked example
A realistic Saturday morning. Total active time is about half an hour, spread across a day while identity checks clear.
- Polymarket US. Open the app through our link, pass the identity check, deposit at least the offer's minimum by card or bank transfer, and place a small trade on any market. Any credit posts under the offer's terms.
- Kalshi. Open an account, pass the identity check, link a bank account for ACH, deposit and place a small trade. Any credit posts under the active terms.
- Robinhood. If you already have an account, open the prediction-markets hub, confirm what your state allows, and make a small trade if a promotion asks for one.
Where you end up: three funded accounts with modest deposits, plus whatever credit the offers paid. Your deposits remain your money. You can trade them, keep them as working capital, or withdraw once any holding conditions are met. You can lose your deposit as well as any credit.
Step by step: Polymarket US
Polymarket is a strong second choice to Kalshi overall (4.5/5) and the broadest political menu where it operates.
- Open Polymarket through our link. The partner code travels in the link and tells Polymarket which offer to apply. Without it, you can usually enter a code during sign-up.
- Pass the identity check: a driver's licence or passport plus a selfie. It usually takes minutes.
- Tap Deposit and choose a card, bank transfer, wire or Apple Pay. Deposit at least the offer's minimum.
- Place your first trade in any market. Credit posts under the offer's terms.
US taker fees apply on every trade: about $1.74 per 100 contracts at 50 cents under the current schedule (Polymarket US fees, October 2026).

Step by step: Kalshi
Kalshi is our top-rated platform (4.6/5): a CFTC-designated exchange since 2020, funded in dollars, with no crypto involved.
- Go to kalshi.com and create an account. We have no Kalshi referral code and earn nothing from Kalshi sign-ups; any offer is shown by Kalshi during sign-up.
- Pass the identity check with a driver's licence or passport. Approval is usually quick.
- Tap Deposit and link your bank for ACH. Third-party guides say ACH deposits are free and settle in a few business days, with funds often usable sooner; debit cards cost about 2% (next.io). Check the deposit screen.
- Place a qualifying trade if the offer requires one. The threshold appears in Kalshi's rewards section after sign-up.

Sports contracts are blocked in Nevada, Michigan and Washington and contested in other states; see are prediction markets legal?. More: Kalshi promo code page, our Kalshi review, Kalshi vs Polymarket.
Optional tool: KalshiSpy → is a paid third-party analytics service that tracks large Kalshi traders. It is not Kalshi and it does not open a Kalshi account. We earn a commission if you subscribe.
Step by step: Robinhood
Robinhood (4.0/5) is the broker option. If you already use it for stocks, this is the fastest extra account.
- Open the Robinhood app. Existing customers go to the prediction-markets hub; new customers open a standard account first.
- Check what your state allows. Maryland and Nevada residents cannot trade sports contracts, and Michigan residents cannot open new ones (Robinhood, October 2026).
- Fund the account if needed; existing cash works. Check the app for any current promotion and its terms.
- Place a trade. Commission is capped at $0.01 per contract, plus exchange fees of up to $0.01.

The fine print
Read this before claiming anything.
- Credit is not cash. Most offers pay credit you can trade on the platform but cannot withdraw directly. FanDuel's bonus and DraftKings' Predictions Dollars are both non-withdrawable.
- Minimums and qualifying trades are strict. Skipping the code, depositing below the minimum or missing the trade window are the usual reasons people do not get paid.
- Credit expires. Windows vary; one third-party source reports Kalshi credits expiring in 7 days, and DraftKings' Predictions Dollars expire a year after issue. Check the terms.
- US only, and state-dependent. Every platform here requires US residency and an identity check, and several exclude whole states or sports contracts in certain states.
- Identity checks are required. Have a driver's licence, passport or state ID ready.
- You can lose money on top of the credit. Positions can settle against you, and the deposit is at risk as well as the credit.

Why open more than one account
Each offer is paid once. Platforms pay most for your first deposit. After that you are a normal customer on standard fees.
Each platform has real strengths. Kalshi has the most volume, the economic calendar and US sports. Polymarket US has the broadest political and world-event menu where it operates. Robinhood puts contracts next to your stocks. Trading on more than one teaches you which suits each kind of market.
Prices differ. The same question can trade at different prices on Kalshi and Polymarket US. With both, you can buy the cheaper side, after checking that both contracts settle the same way.
You learn what you prefer. After a month on two or three platforms, you will know from experience which one to keep.
Mistakes that void offers
- Skipping the code at sign-up. Codes usually cannot be added to an existing account.
- Depositing below the minimum. A smaller deposit earns nothing.
- Missing the trade window. Place a small trade right after funding.
- Withdrawing early. Some offers require the deposit to stay until the credit clears.
- Using a VPN or mismatched details. A name that does not match your bank, or a location that does not match your address, gets accounts flagged. Nevada regulators have tested geofences directly.

FAQ
Can I really hold accounts on all of these?
Yes. Polymarket, Kalshi, Robinhood, FanDuel, DraftKings and Novig are separate companies with separate marketing budgets, and none forbids holding accounts elsewhere.
Are welcome offers cash or trading credit?
Mostly trading credit you use on the platform. FanDuel's bonus and DraftKings' Predictions Dollars are explicitly non-withdrawable. Read each offer's terms.
Are bonuses taxable?
They may be. Kalshi and other US exchanges issue 1099 forms, and promotional credit can be reportable income. The tax treatment of event contracts is not settled, so ask a tax professional. See are Kalshi event contracts taxable?
Can I withdraw the bonus without trading?
No. Credit has to be traded; any value comes through your trading results.
What if I am in a restricted state?
The sign-up screen will tell you. Polymarket US excludes AZ, IL, MA, MD, MI, MT, NV and OH. Kalshi promotions usually exclude Nevada and Washington, and its sports contracts are blocked in Nevada, Michigan and Washington. Robinhood limits sports in Maryland, Nevada and Michigan. If sign-up fails, no offer was triggered, so nothing is lost. See our state guides.
How long does credit take to post?
It depends on the offer. Polymarket credit typically posts soon after the qualifying trade; Kalshi's can take a few days; FanDuel's and DraftKings' arrive in stages over several days or weeks.
Do I need to be a US citizen?
No, but you need to be a US resident with valid US identity documents, a US address and usually a Social Security number. Visitors cannot open these accounts.
Can I use one deposit for all of them?
No. Each offer needs a qualifying deposit on that platform.
How often do offers change?
Often. Kalshi's and the sportsbook brands' offers changed several times in September and October 2026. Check the sign-up screen each time.
Should I open all of them, or just two?
If you want the most welcome value, open each one available in your state. If you want one good second account, Kalshi or Polymarket US, whichever you did not start with, is the best next step.
